Neil Kristianson owns Crimson Design & Construction in Naperville, Illinois along with his brother, Joel.  Together they have over thirty years of experience in the residential construction industry.  Neil has a business management degree from Northern Illinois University.  He has been involved in the successful completion of hundreds of construction projects.  He has experience in all aspects of construction from hands-on to project management to financing.

Geoff Martin is the owner of Cedar Mill Group in Webster, New Hampshire.  He has been the owner of his own remodeling company for over twenty years where he has been involved with hundreds of construction projects in the Concord area.  He loves to help homeowners solve problems with their homes.
